Panic and terror have run rampant across the nation in light of the exponential spread of the COVID-19 virus, which has tanked the stock market, cleared the shelves of supermarkets and canceled the 2020 March Madness tournament. Gonzaga Basketball Looking into Possibility that Magic Underpants Gave BYU Unfair Advantage in Upset Victory

The March Madness upset machine came early for No. 2 Gonzaga, who let their guard down and lost to the No. 23 BYU Cougars; however, the Bulldogs are looking into a possible conspiracy, claiming that the Mormon underwear worn by many of the BYU players gave them an unfair advantage. Duke Upset by Stephen F. Austin, Showing They Can Still Disappoint Without Reddish, Barrett and Zion

If on any other day, someone told you that a group of lumberjacks surprised everyone on Duke’s court, you’d probably wonder how the hell that person got into your apartment and call security. Today, however, that group of Lumberjacks is Stephen F. Austin University, who upset the Blue Devils in overtime to hand Duke its first non-conference loss at home since 2000. This was an incredible showing for the Blue Devils, who proved they could still play down to a lower caliber of competition without Cam Reddish, R.J. Barrett and Zion Williamson.

UMBC Swoops in to Steal NCAA Title from Virginia

Hoisting the March Madness trophy over their heads, members of the Virginia Cavaliers basketball team must have thought they’d finished a complete arc of redemption. Just one year after Virginia became the first one-seed in NCAA history to lose in the first round of the March Madness tournament, they captured their first ever championship. Or so they thought.
