Luis Severino Out for Year Tommy John Surgery, Still Projected as No. 2 Starter for Yankees

The New York Yankees are faced with a serious setback in their quest for a 28th World Series championship, as starting pitcher Luis Severino will undergo Tommy John surgery, which will sideline the fireballer for the entirety of the 2020 season. Troy Tulowitzki Tears UCL While Skipping Rocks in the Hudson River; Requires Tommy John Surgery

Just five games into his tenure with the New York Yankees, team doctors announced that former All-Star shortstop Troy Tulowitzki will be sidelined for the remainder of the regular season after tearing his ulnar cruciate ligament (UCL) while skipping rocks in the Hudson river.
