Zion Williamson Proves Skeptics Right by Spontaneously Combusting Within First Minute of Debut

Critics of Zion Williamson got the last laugh on Wednesday when the 2019 first overall pick spontaneously burst into flames within the first minute of his NBA debut in New Orleans. David Griffin, Executive Vice President of Basketball Operations for the New Orleans Pelicans, announced that the team is eyeing a January 22 debut for Zion Williamson, the first overall draft pick in 2019. Duke Upset by Stephen F. Austin, Showing They Can Still Disappoint Without Reddish, Barrett and Zion

If on any other day, someone told you that a group of lumberjacks surprised everyone on Duke’s court, you’d probably wonder how the hell that person got into your apartment and call security. Today, however, that group of Lumberjacks is Stephen F. Austin University, who upset the Blue Devils in overtime to hand Duke its first non-conference loss at home since 2000. This was an incredible showing for the Blue Devils, who proved they could still play down to a lower caliber of competition without Cam Reddish, R.J. Barrett and Zion Williamson.

Mulling Over Injury, Zion Williamson Admits Attempting Double-Backflip Dunk Over Shark-Infested Waters Not Best Decision

The New Orleans Pelicans received some bad news before the start of the regular season, as rookie Zion Williamson was sidelined with a knee injury that will keep him on the bench for six to eight weeks. Given some time to reflect on the cause of his injury, Williamson admits that attempting a double-backflip dunk over shark-infested waters was not his smartest decision.
